Well, it's kind of against the rules to actually ASK to be scouted and I can't help but feel very disappointed in you.
Newgrounds is trying to maintain a high standard of art in it'd new portal and pencil sketches of badly drawn women pail in insignificance compared to the immense talents who receive little recognition but still posses the quiet dignity NOT to beg for attention.
Springer's Final Thought:
If you submit lacklustre, half finished artwork to Newground's newfangled art portal then one must expect to be overlooked in favor of much, much more deserving artists.
Still, it seems you have found somebody to scout you- a staff member no less- who has rewarded your rule breaking.

Just for the record, I was eyeing Sirkowski for a scout long before he posted this. He was an image short, so he couldn't be scouted, and the rules are always easy to find on this site. Second, I think his four sketches obviously do not represent, the work , dedication and years of submissions Sirkowski has given to this site. So given his track record I think its only fair he's allotted this one mistake.
Besides the scout rule is there to weed out the worthless pieces of shit who's moms magnetizes their chicken-scratch on to the refrigerator. SirKowski is far from that.
and if ya'' dont like it go fuckin cry to Tom 'bout it.
